Here at Revive we have two in house fully qualified personal trainers – Charlotte & Jade.
Charlotte has 14 years of combined experience as a PT and secondary physical education teacher. She empowers everyone to be the best version of themselves and strives to create healthy exercise habits for life.
Charlotte is supportive, outgoing and attentive, designing bespoke tailored sessions to help all clients achieve their personal targets.
Jade was empowered to become a PT whilst working in gyms, where she also developed and commenced her own training programme. Jade experienced a confidence boost, saw a huge change in her own physical appearance and decided to qualify in 2019. She uses strength and conditioning training alongside other techniques to help you achieve your goals.
Jade is friendly, encouraging and understanding to all her clients’ needs. She is a great motivator and creates a wonderful working environment.
Charlotte & Jade use a variety of coaching and training methods to keep your PT sessions fun, engaging and challenging. Jade and Charlotte train their clients very differently, however both will strike a great balance to keep you safe but working beyond your usual limits to keep you motivated and achieve amazing outcomes. Here at Revive, we select PTs that are suitable for you, your goals, and your personality.
